Legislative Decree 206/2005 provides that the consumer customer understood as : the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any explanation and without any penalty, within 14 days from the delivery of the order.
The right of withdrawal is considered excluded, pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, for the following reasons:

Such notice must clearly and unambiguously contain the intention to withdraw from the contract of sale and a list of the goods to be returned, provided that the goods are undamaged. Such notice must be sent, unequivocally, before the deadline for the right of withdrawal.
Received the request for withdrawal, Sicilia.com, will indicate to the customer the methods of returning the goods.
Having communicated the will to withdraw, the consumer must return the product received, within 14 days, a term that is understood to be respected, (art. 56 of the Consumer Code), if the same sends back the goods before the expiry of the term itself (the proof of delivery to the post office or courier within the terms set shall be authentic).
According to the terms of the law, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the consumer.
The returned order, once returned to the sender ( seller) , will be examined to ascertain the integrity of the product and the absence of damage to it.
If any damage is revealed, or tampering with the integrity of the product, which is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the latter shall immediately expire.
Given all the above conditions, Sicilia.com, will refund the amount paid by the consumer within 30 days of receipt of the goods , using the bank details that the consumer must promptly provide to the email address: info@servizispeciali.it
